Shipping

Orders ship within 4–7 business days unless marked as a pre‑order. Once your package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Please double‑check your address at checkout.

Returns

We only accept returns if you received the wrong item. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. Giveaway items cannot be returned.

Damaged

or Defective Items If something arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Email clear photos of the issue along with your order number and the product name. Items that have been worn, washed, or used cannot be returned for damage. We cannot replace items damaged due to improper washing or wear. Damages reported outside the return window will not be accepted.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
